However, if you’re not satisfied with the fit or style, we’d be happy to exchange any item that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and retains the original tags, within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Items that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and retain their original tags are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

If your shipment appears torn or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the package and contact our support team immediately.

In case you receive an incomplete or defective product, we request you to share a clear unboxing video or detailed photos to help us investigate and resolve the issue.
